DATE: Vintage, c.1970

This striking Vintage ring is set with the most vibrant 6.6ct Amethyst centre. Often viewed as the gemstone of peace and happiness, it displays a gorgeous indigo purple colour throughout and is complemented perfectly by the cluster of diamonds that surround. Just over a carat total, brilliant cut diamonds, alternating between a smaller and larger size surround the centre stone, and they're bright white in colour with lots of sparkle and shine. The gallery features thin struts, each terminating at the edge of each diamond, designed to allow light in behind the stones. An all-round spectacular statement ring, crafted in 15k white gold throughout.
