This remarkable Victorian brooch is modelled as a little bee. Set with an array of pave set old cut diamonds, it features gorgeous gold legs, antennae and ruby cabochon eyes. The centre stone is a 1.26ct old cushion cut diamond, full of life and sparkle and it's set between further old mine cut diamonds down it's body and head, just under a carat total weight. The wings are pave set with smaller old mine cut diamonds and the piece features marks for 18k gold, most likely of European origin.
