A sublime early Victorian heart pendant finished in vitreous blue enamel and emblazoned with an interlocked double heart motif. It was made around 1840, with rose cut diamonds set into the border as well as the double heart. Crafted in 15 karat gold and remaining in great condition. The Victorian era marked a notable cultural shift away from the logic-driven 18th Century, making way for more romantic and sentimental ideologies.
