Art Deco Alexandrite Solitaire Ring
DATE: Art Deco, c. 1930
This magnificent solitaire ring is set with a superb synthetic alexandrite stone, with an unusual faceted cabochon cut. The main facet extends across the whole top of the stone, and is lightly domed; the bottom of the stone, however, is faceted and catches a wide range of colours from pink to deep purple. Elegant platinum shoulders and settings make way to an 18k gold band.
