1940s Diamond Concave Cluster Ring
DATE: Mid-Century, c.1940
This stylish vintage cluster ring is set with nine brilliant cut diamonds totalling .76ct weight. Of French origin, the round head is modelled in white gold creating a gorgeous two-tone effect, and rather unusually it's modelled in a concave shape - not unlike a satellite dish. 1940s jewellery (along with the wider Mid-Century Modern style) is becoming very fashionable again, and this ring epitomises the era.
