An antique heart pendant featuring rose-cut diamonds encircling a central heart-shaped Siberian Amethyst. The design includes a white enamel heart halo and a single natural pearl at the top, resembling a flaming heart. With a removable brooch fitting, it can be worn as a pendant on a chain or a brooch. Crafted with a removable brooch fitting, this versatile piece allows for wearing as both a pendant on a chain or a brooch. The stones are set in silver and backed with 15k gold, dating back to the Victorian period in 1890.
