DATE: Victorian, c.1870

A fantastic pair of high Victorian pins, modelled as swords and scabbards. They're each set with baby blue enamel and diamonds across the handles and scabbards, both crafted in 14k yellow gold with ornate detailing and an eagle at the handles. The larger sword measures 4.8 inches and the smaller, 3 inches. Both can be worn as a pin, by removing the scabbard or you could even hang them on a chain (or both!). Both complete with a safety chain, dating from the Victorian period, circa 1870.
